1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" if the product seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

• To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a "major failure" of a product.

• If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or the pump is defective, please email us immediately at info@cleaninkco.com.au.

• Requirement: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

• Once inspected, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Skin Sensitivity & Allergic Reactions

We formulated Clean Ink™ to be non-irritating and vegan; however, everyone’s skin is unique.

• We highly recommend performing a small patch test before full application.

• If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use and contact us. While we cannot always offer refunds for individual skin sensitivities, we value your feedback and will review these on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount (unless the return is due to a product defect).
