• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship from Melbourne, Victoria.

• Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Clean Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product.

• Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" once the seal is broken for hygiene reasons.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@cleaninkco.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
